TOGA ARCHIVES accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and intimate apparel may be designated as final sale.

Access your order history through our online portal or contact customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items and the original invoice inside the shipping box, ensuring all signature TOGA hardware and shoe boxes are protected.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and ensure any previous delivery markings are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
